The Skyfood DMS-30 is a manual dough divider that cuts one portion of dough into 30 equal pieces in a single stroke — for rolls, buns, calzones, and portioned baked goods. Lower the handle and a circular rack of stainless-steel blades divides the dough evenly, so every piece bakes at the same rate.
