Stay informed about your Kitchen Kor order at every stage.


1. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Kitchen Kor containing:

  • Your Order Confirmation Number

  • A summary of the items you have purchased

  • Your shipping method

  • The estimated delivery timeframe

If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder and mark us as a safe sender.


2. Shipping & Tracking Updates

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • The name of the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS)

  • A direct link to track your shipment’s progress

You can click that link to view real-time updates directly on the carrier’s website.


3. Tracking Carriers

We partner with dependable carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time, including:

  • FedEx

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

Depending on your order type and destination, your shipping confirmation will indicate which carrier is responsible for delivery.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days after placing your order:
