1. Where do you ship?
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days after processing. Larger freight items may take a little longer to coordinate.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $200 or more ship free. For smaller orders under $200, a $20 flat-rate shipping fee applies.
4. What happens after I order?
You'll get an email confirmation once your order is placed. When your order ships, we'll send tracking details (and freight delivery instructions if needed).
5. Do I need to be home for delivery?
For freight deliveries, someone must be available to accept curb side delivery. We'll schedule this with you ahead of time.
6. What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 14 days if they're unused and in the original packaging. Check our Return Policy for full details.
7. What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.
8. Do you handle bulk or business orders?
Yes, we do! For commercial kitchens or bulk purchases, email support@kitchenkor.com to request a custom quote.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update or cancel it. Please reach out to support@kitchenkor.com as soon as possible.
10. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us for warranty details.
