1. Introduction

This Payment Policy outlines how payments, billing, and related processes are handled between Kitchen Kor (“we,” “our,” “us”) and you (“customer,” “you”). By purchasing products or using our services, you agree to the terms described below.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or other alternative payment types.


3. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.

  • Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other local taxes will be calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We are required to collect sales tax in states or regions where we have nexus.

  • Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate at the time of purchase.


4. How to Place an Order

  1. Select your desired items and click “Proceed to Checkout.”

  2. Choose your preferred payment method and enter your shipping details.

  3. Review your order summary and confirm your purchase.

  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.


5. Payment Processing

  • Your payment method is authorized at checkout and charged when your order ships.

  • If your order includes multiple shipments, you may see multiple charges as items are shipped.

  • For one-time purchases, full payment is due at the time of order.

  • All transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption to protect your information.

  • We do not store credit card details on our servers.

  • Payments are processed through trusted providers including:

6. Invoicing

  • Invoices are issued once your order is completed and sent electronically to the email address provided.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all billing information is accurate and up to date.


7. Late Payments

  • Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is more than 7 days overdue.

  • Services will be reinstated once full payment, including applicable fees, is received.


8. Disputes

  • Any billing or payment dispute must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • To file a dispute, email support@kitchenkor.com and include your invoice number and a description of the issue.

  • We will review and respond promptly to resolve the matter.


9. Refunds and Credits

Refunds and credits are handled according to our Refund Policy.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 21 days of approval.


10. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Automatic Renewal

  • Subscription services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

  • A reminder email may be sent before renewal.

Cancellation

  • To cancel, you must provide written notice at least 21 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Access to subscription services will continue until the end of the current billing period.


11. Order Handling and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of being placed.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase.

  • For in-stock items, delivery generally takes 4–7 business days.


12. Billing Errors

  • If an overcharge occurs, we will issue a refund or credit for the over-billed amount.

  • If an undercharge occurs, we reserve the right to issue an additional invoice for the difference.


13. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or special damages.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim related to payments or billing is limited to the amount you paid for services within the three (3) months preceding the claim.


14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. Updates become effective once posted on www.kitchenkor.com. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


15. Governing Law

This Payment Policy is governed by the laws of the United States, with jurisdiction in the courts of Delaware, USA.
