1. Shipping Destinations
United States: We currently ship within the continental U.S.
Expansion Plans: We're working to expand internationally in the future. Please check back for updates.
Free Shipping: Available only within the continental U.S.
2. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping (U.S.): Free for orders over $200. A flat fee of $20 applies to orders under $200.
Transparency: All costs are displayed at checkout — no hidden fees.
3. Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 7:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.
Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard U.S. Shipping: 4–7 business days for in-stock items.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
5. Shipping Methods & Tracking
Carriers: We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number sent by email once your order ships.
Insurance: All shipments are insured against loss or damage.

How to track: Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number. If you need help, contact our support team.
7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe:
Double-check your shipping address
Ask neighbours or building management

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, we'll investigate with the carrier.
7.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the packaging and items
Contact us within 7 days at support@kitchenkor.com
We'll arrange a replacement or refund once reviewed
8. Missing Items
If something is missing from your order:
Report it within 7 days of delivery
Provide your order number and details
We'll send the missing item(s) or issue a refund after investigation
9. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Exclusions: Personalized or perishable goods may not be eligible.
Return Costs:
Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error
If it's our mistake, we'll cover return shipping
Refunds: Issued within 21 days of receiving the returned product, to the original payment method.

10. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional charges may apply.
11. Customs & Duties (For Future International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, taxes, or duties.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Customs rules vary by country, check with your local customs office for details.
