Kitchen Kor ships commercial kitchen equipment throughout the United States. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely and on time.
Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days
- Large Equipment: May require additional processing time
- Custom Items: Lead times vary, contact us for details
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Standard Shipping
- Delivery: 3-7 business days
- We offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more. Orders under $200 have a flat $20 shipping fee.

Delivery Requirements
Standard Delivery
- Delivered to your door/loading dock
- Signature may be required
- Recipient should be available during delivery window
Freight Delivery Options
- Curbside Delivery: Item delivered to curb/parking area (standard)
- Liftgate Service: Required for locations without loading dock (additional fee)
- Inside Delivery: Available for additional fee - contact us for quote

We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands), or any non-continental locations are not supported at this time.

Shipping Restrictions
- Some items cannot be shipped to certain states due to regulations
- P.O. Boxes not accepted for freight shipments

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect Upon Delivery
IMPORTANT: Always inspect your shipment before signing:
- Check for visible damage to packaging
- Note any damage on delivery receipt
- Take photos of any damage
- Refuse delivery if severely damaged

Lost Shipments
If your order shows delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbours or building management
- Verify delivery address on your order

International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. For inquiries about international orders, please contact us at support@kitchenkor.com.

Need to change your shipping address?

- Once shipped, we may be unable to change the address
