If Your Product Arrives Damaged

Inspect on Delivery: Check your package carefully when it arrives. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Precautionary Note: If you cannot inspect immediately, write “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt.

Report Damage: If the item is damaged, take clear photos of the product and packaging. Send them to support@kitchenkor.com within 14 days of receipt.
