1. Overview

This policy applies to all purchases made on the Kitchen Kor website www.kitchenkor.com.

3. Return Eligibility

You may return most products within 14 days of delivery if they meet these requirements:

Item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

All packaging, labels, and tags are intact

You can provide proof of purchase (receipt/order number)

4. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

Contact us at support@kitchenkor.com or call us within 14 days of receiving your order

Provide your order number and reason for return

We will email you with the return instructions, and if approved, a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and prepaid label (if applicable)

We only accept products returned by mail. 

Step 2: Pack Your Item

Place the item securely in its original packaging

Include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts

Add the return authorization form and documents we provide

Attach the shipping label clearly on the box

Step 3: Ship It Back

Ship within 7 days of receiving the return approval

Use a trackable carrier (FedEx, UPS, Old Dominion, XPO, etc.)

5. Return Shipping Costs

 Kitchen Kor covers return shipping (minus the 25% restocking fee)

6. Return & Refund Situations

Changed your mind?
Return within 14 days, unused and in original packaging. Refund issued minus restocking fees 25%.

Damaged or faulty item?
Report within 14 days with photos or videos. We'll replace or refund (including shipping).

Wrong product sent?
Let us know right away. We'll cover return shipping and send the correct item.

Package never arrived?
Contact us. We'll check with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we'll refund or replace your order.

Canceling an order?
If it hasn't shipped, you get a full refund. If shipped, please follow the return process.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom/personalized items

Perishables (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)

Intimate/personal use items (underwear, swimwear, hygiene products, unless unopened)

Gift cards and digital downloads

8. Refunds

Approval: Refunds are issued once we inspect and approve the returned product

Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method

Timeline: Processing may take up to 7 days depending on your bank/credit card provider

Partial Refunds: May apply if items are damaged, missing parts, or returned late

9. Exchanges

We'll replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. For "change of mind" exchanges, shipping is the customer's responsibility.

10. Processing Times

Return Request: Must be made within 14 days of delivery

Refund Processing: Refund issued within 7 days after we receive and check your return

11. Your Rights

This policy does not override any consumer protection rights provided by law.
