Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to all purchases made on the Kitchen Kor website (www.kitchenkor.com).
We aim to make every return and refund process as clear and fair as possible.

3. Return Eligibility

You may return most products within 14 days of delivery if they meet all requirements below:

The item is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition

All packaging, labels, and tags are intact

You can provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Return of Used or Opened Products

Used, opened, or installed items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Once a product has been used, we cannot accept it for refund or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.


4. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

Contact us at support@kitchenkor.com or call within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive an email with:

A Return Authorization Number (RMA)

Return instructions

A return shipping label (if Kitchen Kor provides it)

We only accept products returned by mail.

Step 2: Pack Your Item

Place the item securely in its original packaging

Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts

Add the return authorization form and any documents we provide

Attach the shipping label clearly to the box

Step 3: Ship It Back

Ship your return within 14 days of receiving approval

Use a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Old Dominion, XPO, etc.)


5. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

Restocking Fee Transparency

A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind or wrong item ordered).
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are exempt from restocking fees.

Return Label Method

If your return is approved:

Kitchen Kor will send a prepaid return shipping label via email when we are responsible for the return (e.g., defective or incorrect items).-

If you are returning due to personal preference or error, you may use your own shipping label at your expense.


6. Return & Refund Situations

Changed your mind?
Return within 14 days, unused and in original packaging. Refund issued minus 25% restocking fee (original shipping not refunded).

Damaged or faulty item?
Report within 14 days with photos or videos. We’ll replace or refund (including shipping).

Wrong product sent?
Let us know right away. We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item.

Package never arrived?
Contact us. We’ll check with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we’ll refund or replace your order.

Canceling an order?
If it hasn’t shipped, you’ll receive a full refund. If shipped, please follow the return process.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or personalized products

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, magazines)

Intimate or personal-use products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, hygiene items) unless unopened

Gift cards and digital downloads


8. Refunds

Approval: Refunds are issued once your returned product is received and inspected.

Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Timeline: Processing may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Partial Refunds: May apply for items that are damaged, incomplete, or returned late.

Original Shipping Costs: Outbound (original) shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.


9. Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. We’ll replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect at no extra cost. If you change your mind you may return products for a refund, minus original shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.


10. Processing Times

Return Request: Must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.


11. Your Rights

This policy does not override any consumer protection rights provided by applicable law.
