The 'Easy Crep' batter spreader is a patented system for making perfectly even, round crepes and galettes. Simply rotate the spreader to smooth the batter over the cooking surface. The Krampouz AKE84 Batter Spreading Kit consists of commercial crepe spreading tools for use with 40cm cast iron crepe makers. The kit includes a stainless steel spreader, a stainless steel ladle, a beechwood spreader, a beechwood spatula, a plastic container, a pastry brush and instructions. Stainless steel tools should only be used on commercial cast iron griddles.
