The AccuTemp Edge™ Series Tilt Skillet is a high-production tilting braising pan available in 13, 30, and 40-gallon capacities. 175°F to 400°F temperature range covers braising, frying, simmering, and griddle modes in a single unit.
All stainless steel construction with self-lubricating gears, manual crank tilt, and optional accessories including pan holders, baskets, and pour-lip strainers.
