Tell us how it went
If you bought equipment from us, we would genuinely like to hear how the machine and the delivery worked out — good or bad. Reviews from working kitchens are the most useful thing a future buyer can read, and honest criticism is how we fix what is not working.
What helps most:
- Which unit you bought, and what kind of kitchen it went into
- How the freight delivery went — was the appointment kept, was the liftgate there
- How the equipment has held up since
- Anything we got wrong

We publish reviews as they are written, including the critical ones. We will always ask you before using your name or your business name — if you would rather stay anonymous, say so and we will publish it as "verified buyer" with the city and state only.
We do not offer discounts, gift cards, or any other incentive in exchange for a review, and we never edit a review's substance. A review you were paid for is worth nothing to the next buyer.
