Freight carriers deliver to the curb. The driver lowers the equipment to the street on a liftgate and that is where their job ends — getting it inside is the customer's responsibility.

  • Threshold delivery — the driver brings it through your first doorway, out of the weather.
  • Inside placement — carried to the room it will be used in, uncrated, and the packaging taken away.
