This is a genuine AccuTemp XLR8™ accessory engineered for use with the XLR8™ Upper Heated Platen system mounted on AccuSteam™ griddles. Manufactured in Fort Wayne, Indiana to OEM specifications.

The XLR8™ platform delivers dual-side contact cooking that cuts cook times by 50% or more with edge-to-edge ±5°F temperature uniformity from 200°F to 440°F. Every XLR8 accessory is built to maintain that precision and the mounting integrity of the tower-system installation.
