The Skyfood SI-315HDE-2 is a large floor-model meat and bone saw for high-volume butcher shops and processors cutting primal and bone-in product. It uses the same 124" band blade (3/4" wide, 4 teeth per inch) and 3 HP motor as the SI-315HDE-1, with a 14-1/8" x 12-3/16" cutting clearance for large cuts.
This is the three-phase configuration, wired for 230V/60Hz/3-phase. The saw is full stainless steel with removable blade wheels for cleaning and meets ETL sanitation standards. The sliding feed table and thickness gauge plate keep cut thickness consistent through a production run.
