Skyfood SI-315HDE-1 Meat Saw

The Skyfood SI-315HDE-1 is a large floor-model meat and bone saw for high-volume butcher and processing work. It runs a 124" band blade (3/4" wide, 4 teeth per inch) driven by a 3 HP motor, and its taller cutting window handles primal cuts and large bone-in product that a smaller saw can't clear.

This is the single-phase build, wired for 230V/60Hz/1-phase. The saw is full stainless steel with removable blade wheels and washdown access for cleaning, and meets ETL sanitation standards. A sliding feed table and thickness gauge plate come standard for repeatable cut thickness.
