Skyfood SI-282HDE-2 Meat Saw

The Skyfood SI-282HDE-2 is a heavy-duty floor-model meat and bone saw for butcher shops and meat processors handling bone-in and frozen product in volume. It uses the same 112" band blade (3/4" wide, 4 teeth per inch) and 2 HP motor as the SI-282HDE-1, rated for up to 2,000 lbs per hour.

This is the three-phase configuration, wired for 230V/60Hz/3-phase for shops already running three-phase power. The full stainless steel body with sealed bearings and washdown cleaning meets ETL sanitation standards; the sliding feed table and thickness gauge plate hold consistent cut thickness across a production run.
