The Skyfood PQV-04 (Tomasi Vettro) is a countertop warming shelf, not a skewer set. It uses a black tempered glass warming surface over a stainless steel base to hold plated food and pans at serving temperature on a buffet line, in a kitchen pass, or at a catering station.

  • Pan capacity: one full-size, two half-size, or three third-size pans

  • Temperature: capillary thermostat holds between 212F and 302F

The low-profile glass top keeps food visible and accessible while maintaining holding temperature.
