Skyfood PA-141 Food Processor

The Skyfood PA-141 is a floor-model continuous-feed food processor built for high-volume cheese and vegetable prep. A 1-1/2 HP motor drives 17-inch discs to process up to 880 lb per hour, and the floor-standing design sets the feed opening at a comfortable working height. A large lever-operated feed hopper takes whole blocks of mozzarella and other cheeses as well as bulk vegetables, and processed product discharges out the side into an oversized catch bucket.
