The Skyfood KBB-10C is a countertop charcoal shish kabob grill built by Tomasi, holding 10 rotating skewers over a refractory brick charcoal box. Its modular countertop design assembles quickly and is sized for restaurants that want live-charcoal kabob cooking without a full floor-model grill.
