Skyfood INT90S Cutter Mixer

The Skyfood INT90S is a heavy-duty, table-style meat tenderizer and strip cutter. Fed by hand, it tenderizes cuts of meat and, with the appropriate blade set fitted, cuts meat into uniform strips for fajitas and similar preparations at up to 1,100 lb per hour.

Construction is all stainless steel with a gear-driven transmission. A safety switch on the cover shuts the motor down immediately if the cover is removed, and the complete roll support lifts out of the machine for cleaning.
