Note: this product is a commercial potato peeler, not a blender. The Skyfood DB-6 is a table-style electric peeler that processes up to 12 lbs of potatoes or similar vegetables per cycle, with an approximate output of 159 lbs/hr for kitchens prepping produce in volume.
