The Skyfood CMDL-38T is the 38-skewer charcoal rotisserie grill in Tomasi's CMDL series, the largest charcoal model in the line. It is built for high-volume churrascaria, kabob, and shawarma service where operators want live-charcoal flavor and maximum skewer capacity.

The motorized spits turn the full rack of skewers past the fire so meat cooks evenly across every level. Stainless steel skewers are sold separately in thin, regular, and wide gauges.
