The Skyfood CMDL-23T is a charcoal rotisserie grill in Tomasi's CMDL series, holding 23 skewers that rotate continuously over a charcoal bed. It suits busy churrascaria, kabob, and shawarma operations that want live-charcoal flavor at higher volume than the 15-skewer model.
