The Skyfood CMDL-15D is a floor-model charcoal rotisserie grill built by Tomasi, holding 15 skewers that rotate continuously over the charcoal bed. It is used for Brazilian-style churrasco, shish kabob, shawarma, and rotisserie service where operators want the flavor of live charcoal rather than gas.
