The Skyfood CLM-300 is a countertop dough roller and sheeter for pizzerias, bakeries, and pastry shops. Feed a dough ball through the 12" hard-chrome rollers and it comes out as an evenly sheeted, round base — faster and more consistent than hand-stretching, with no air pockets.

  • Roller width: 12" hard chrome-plated rollers
  • Dough capacity: handles up to about 4.5 lb of dough per pass
  • Type: countertop / tabletop, single-pass sheeter
  • Use: pizza bases, calzones, flatbreads, pastry dough

Adjustable roller gap lets you dial in the thickness. Note: this is a dough sheeter, not a planetary mixer.
