The Skyfood CH-26TEPRM is a gas-fired Brazilian-style rotisserie grill built by Tomasi for high-volume churrascaria, shawarma, and rotisserie service. It holds 26 skewers on rotating levels, with the skewers turning continuously in front of the burners so meat cooks evenly and self-bastes as it rotates.
