The 5BLR540 is a forming plate for the Skyfood AMP-500EF automatic pizza dough spinner. It presses a dough ball into a finished crust and swaps onto the spinner in place of other plates to change the crust diameter.

Keep spare plates on hand so a single AMP-500EF can run several pizza sizes and so a worn plate can be replaced without downtime.

Note: This is a plate accessory for the AMP-500EF pizza dough spinner, not a standalone mixer. It requires the AMP-500EF to operate.
