The 5BLB40 is a forming plate for the Skyfood AMP-500EF automatic pizza dough spinner, shaping a dough ball into a 40 cm (16") crust with a defined edge. It mounts on the spinner and swaps out with plates of other diameters.

This plate is also included in the 500 3-Tray Pack (53TPS) alongside the 5BB30/45 and 5BB35/50 plates. Stock it individually to add the 16" size or as a replacement.

Note: This is a plate accessory for the AMP-500EF pizza dough spinner, not a standalone mixer. It requires the AMP-500EF to operate.
