The 5BB35/50 is a double-sided forming plate for the Skyfood AMP-500EF automatic pizza dough spinner. One face carries an edge-shaping groove at 35 cm (14") and the reverse at 50 cm (20"), giving two crust sizes on a single plate.

Plates mount and swap out on the spinner by size, so one AMP-500EF can press several pizza diameters. This plate is also part of the 500 3-Tray Pack (53TPS).

Note: This is a plate accessory for the AMP-500EF pizza dough spinner, not a standalone mixer. It requires the AMP-500EF to operate.
