The 5B40M9.5 is an interchangeable forming plate for the Skyfood AMP-500EF automatic pizza dough spinner. It presses a dough ball into a finished crust, with an edge-shaping groove at 40 cm (16") and an inner marking ring at 24 cm (9.5") that sets the raised rim and flat working center.
The double-sided plates swap out on the spinner, letting one machine produce different crust diameters. Stock this plate to add a 16" crust size or to replace a worn plate.
Note: This is a plate accessory for the AMP-500EF pizza dough spinner, not a standalone mixer. It requires the AMP-500EF to operate.
