The 5B37M9.5 is an interchangeable forming plate for the Skyfood AMP-500EF automatic pizza dough spinner. It presses and shapes a dough ball into a finished crust, with an edge-shaping groove at 37 cm (14.5") and an inner marking ring at 24 cm (9.5") to define the raised rim and the flat center.

Plates are double-sided and swap out on the machine so a single spinner can run several crust diameters. Keep a spare on hand as a wear part or to switch crust sizes between orders.

Note: This is a plate accessory for the AMP-500EF pizza dough spinner, not a standalone mixer. It requires the AMP-500EF to operate.
