The Skyfood 3VF is a manual vertical sausage stuffer with a 7 lb cylinder capacity, the compact model in the VF hand-crank series and a fit for small butcher shops, restaurants, and home charcuterie. A stainless steel piston pushes ground meat down through the stuffing tube into the casing, with two-speed gearing for both fast filling and fine control.
