The Skyfood 15VF is a manual vertical sausage stuffer with a 30 lb cylinder capacity, the largest in Skyfood's VF hand-crank series. A stainless steel piston drives ground meat down through the stuffing tube into the casing, and two-speed gearing lets the operator switch between fast filling and fine control.
