Skyfood CR-4 Cutter Mixer

The Skyfood CR-4 is a countertop vertical cutter/mixer (VCM) with a 4-quart stainless steel bowl, built for high-speed chopping, blending, and emulsifying in a small commercial kitchen or prep station. It handles purees, pates, sauces, hummus, creams, jams, bread crumbs, and vinaigrettes.

A clear cover lets the operator watch the product as it processes, and an opening in the lid allows ingredients to be added while the unit is running. A safety switch on both the cover and the bowl cuts power when either is opened.
