The 5BBN35/50 is a double-sided forming plate for the Skyfood AMP-500EF automatic pizza dough spinner, covering the 35 cm (14") and 50 cm (20") crust sizes. It presses and shapes a dough ball into a finished crust with a defined rim edge.

Plates swap out on the spinner by diameter, so one machine can run multiple pizza sizes. Keep spares to change sizes quickly or to replace a worn plate.

Note: This is a plate accessory for the AMP-500EF pizza dough spinner, not a standalone mixer. It requires the AMP-500EF to operate.
