The 53TPS is the 500 3-Tray Pack (Standard) for the Skyfood AMP-500EF automatic pizza dough spinner. It bundles three forming plates — the 5BLB40, 5BB30/45, and 5BB35/50 — that press a dough ball into a finished crust with a defined rim edge.

Together the plates cover the 30 cm (12"), 35 cm (14"), 40 cm (16"), 45 cm (18"), and 50 cm (20") crust sizes, so a single AMP-500EF can produce a full range of pizza diameters. Plates swap out on the machine by size.

Note: This is a plate/tray accessory pack for the AMP-500EF pizza dough spinner, not a standalone mixer. It requires the AMP-500EF to operate.
