The 52TPSB is the 500 2-Tray Pack (SB) for the Skyfood AMP-500EF automatic pizza dough spinner. It bundles two forming plates — the 5B37M9.5 and 5B40M9.5 — that press a dough ball into a finished crust with a defined rim edge.

The two plates cover the 37 cm (14.5") and 40 cm (16") forming sizes, each with a 24 cm (9.5") inner marking ring, so one AMP-500EF can run both crust diameters. Plates swap out on the machine by size.

Note: This is a plate/tray accessory pack for the AMP-500EF pizza dough spinner, not a standalone mixer. It requires the AMP-500EF to operate.
