This is the Skyfood LDC-8L stainless steel chicken/pork blade, an optional blade for the Skyfood CR-8 cutter mixer. It is a blind (solid-edge) blade that lets the 8-quart CR-8 shred cooked chicken and pork for pulled-meat preparations, in addition to the chopping and emulsifying done by the standard cutting blade.

It is an accessory blade for an existing CR-8, not a standalone machine.
