This is the Skyfood LDC-4L stainless steel chicken/pork blade, an optional blade for the Skyfood CR-4 cutter mixer. It is a blind (solid-edge) blade that lets the CR-4 shred cooked chicken and pork for pulled-meat preparations, beyond the standard chopping and emulsifying done by the machine's cutting blade.

It is an accessory blade for an existing CR-4, not a standalone machine.
