The Skyfood GC8 PRO is a 5/16" dicing grid for Skyfood PA-7 PRO food processors. It is a grid accessory, not a standalone machine, and pairs with a slicing disc so product is sliced and pushed through the grid to produce small, uniform diced cubes.

  • Cut: 5/16" dice — the smallest cube in the GC PRO range, for fine dice, brunoise-style prep and garnish
  • Construction: 8" cast-aluminum grid with stainless steel blades
  • Fits: Skyfood PA-7 PRO food processors

Interchangeable with the larger GC14 PRO and GC20 PRO dicing grids and the full slicing, shredding and julienne disc lineup for the PA-7 PRO.
