Skyfood CR-8 Cutter Mixer

The Skyfood CR-8 is a countertop vertical cutter/mixer (VCM) with an 8-quart stainless steel bowl, sized for higher-volume batch prep than the 4-quart CR-4. It chops, blends, and emulsifies purees, pates, sauces, hummus, creams, jams, bread crumbs, and vinaigrettes.

The clear lid gives full visibility of the batch during operation and lets the operator add ingredients on the fly. Safety switches on the cover and bowl shut the motor off the moment either is opened.
