The Skyfood CLM-400 is a countertop dough roller and sheeter with 16" hard-chrome rollers — a wider version of the CLM-300 for shops rolling larger bases. Pass a dough ball through and it sheets into an even, round base, keeping thickness consistent across the batch.

  • Roller width: 16" hard chrome-plated rollers
  • Motor: 1 HP, 110V single phase
  • Type: countertop / tabletop, single-pass sheeter
  • Use: pizza bases, calzones, flatbreads, pastry dough

The adjustable roller gap sets sheet thickness. Note: this is a dough sheeter, not a planetary mixer.
