Each oven is fully porcelain-enameled for easy maintenance and comes with adjustable thermostatic gas controls (210°F – 550°F), heavy-duty wire racks, and counterweight balanced doors. Designed for safety, efficiency, and ease of use, this commercial range also includes removable crumb pans, durable cast-iron grates, and black aluminum control knobs.
The BakeMax BAS60O is natural gas-ready with an LP conversion kit included, giving you flexibility in installation. With 315,000 BTU total output, this unit is built to handle the most demanding kitchen environments.
