At the heart of the Enea OD is a 64 mm flat burr set driven by a 360 W motor at 1,600 RPM. The flat-burr geometry produces the uniform particle distribution that espresso extraction demands — enabling baristas to dial in with precision and pull repeatable, balanced shots throughout a service period. Burr longevity is rated at approximately 1,400 kg of coffee, making the Enea OD a true workhorse in high-volume café operations.
