The True T-72F-HC reach-in freezer holds the temperature at a consistent -10 degrees Fahrenheit, which is ideal for holding all types of frozen food, including ice cream. For quick temperature recovery, the large evaporator and condenser coils are paired with a powerful horsepower compressor. Large evaporator fans slowly move cold air through the cacompartmentet to keep all products chilled at uniform temperatures. Upon start up, the condensing fan motor in this unit runs in reverse for 20 seconds, blowing dust, debris, and dirt off the condenser coil.
