The True GDM-72F-HC~TSL01 three-section display freezer holds temperatures at -10 degrees, which is ideal for packaged frozen products. An automatic defrost system has a short cycle, and it is time initiated and temperature terminated, eliminating the need for manually defrosting. Its electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors move a consistent volume of air that generates less heat, is more energy efficient, and delivers reliability. Since the condensing unit is mounted on the bottom of the freezer, it is accessible for service work, elevating the floor to a comfortable height for product accessibility. Designed to remove excess dust, debris, and dirt from the condenser coil, the condensing fan motor reverses for 20 seconds upon start up. When the coil is clean, the system operates efficiently while reducing energy use. This feature is also used to prolong the lifespan of the refrigeration system, but it isn't a replacement for all preventative system cleaning and maintenance. Two self-closing, swinging doors have a positive seal, torsion-type closure system that helps maintain freezing temperatures inside the unit. These doors are triple paned and thermal insulated to keep cold air inside the cacompartmentet. Magnetic door gaskets prevent cold air from escaping and are removable without tools for convenience. Each door has a 12" extruded handle that simplifies opening the door. LED interior lighting illuminates the cacompartmentet so product is visible, and an illuminated exterior sign panel attracts customers.
