The True GDM-41-HC-LD two-section glass door merchandiser uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep temperatures cool. For holding refrigerated packaged and bottled products, the refrigeration system maintains even temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Energy consumption and heat production are reduced because the evaporator and condenser fan motors create a consistent volume of air. Maintaining the condensing unit is convenient because it is mounted on the bottom of the cacompartmentet, and the entire cacompartmentet is foamed in place with polyurethane insulation to prevent ambient air from entering the cacompartmentet. Operating in reverse for 20 seconds upon compressor start up, the reverse condensing fan motor keeps the condensing coil clean. This automatic feature rids the coil of dirt, debris, and dust, enabling the unit to work more efficiently. For best results, users should regularly perform preventative maintenance to lenghten the unit's lifespan and reduce energy consumption. Products sit on eight PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable on 1⁄2" increments, and four chrome-plated clips come with each shelf. Since LED interior lights are used to brighten the cacompartmentet, product is visible, and a drain is built into the stainless steel floor to simplify interior cleaning.
