This Summit BIM26 ice machine makes 15 lbs ice and can store 12 lbs ice; the storage compartment can be removed for cleaning or sanitizing. The unit’s static cooling keeps the ice frozen for long periods. It cools with R600a hydrocarbon refrigerant, and a manual defrost system reduces ice on coils so running conditions stay optimal.
