Designed with a space-saving footprint, the Summit BIM182ADALHD undercounter ice machine features front-ventilation, air cooling operation and a built-in drain pump. This icemaker generates up to 60 lbs of clear, full dice ice in a daily cycle and holds 33 lbs in its insulated internal compartment. To address various product needs, this unit has the capability of producing three different ice sizes: small, medium, and large, and the touch control panel is used for cube size selection and delivers intuitive indicators throughout the production process. The Summit BIM182ADALHD ice machine is constructed of stainless steel for long-lasting use and a sleek exterior. With a built-in design and slim 173⁄4" width, it can be installed beneath countertops. The plastic interior is accessed through a left-hinged, solid door. Its auto defrost reduces staff interference, while the interior compartment is both removable and insulated. An integrated UV light enhances sanitation by targeting bacteria during operation. To help maintain consistent temperatures during use, this unit is equipped with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
