The MoTak MCBR72-D-X chef base is constructed of durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and supported by six heavy-duty swiveling casters. To offer additional strength, its back is made of aluminum. The chef base is designed to support other kitchen equipment, and it has a marine edge for containing excess water or oil to ease cleanup at the end of the business day. For storing foods that require refrigeration, the chef base has four stainless steel drawers with heavy-duty sliders allowing them to hold a large amount of food. To assist with organizing the interior drawers by compartmentalizing drawer space, they can accommodate eight aspect-ratio gastronorm pans. The MoTak MCBR72-D-X chef base offers a large size that spans 723/8" wide, 321/8" deep, and 257/8" tall. It offers a side-mounted condenser that is simple to access for maintenance; it works to keep the internal temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
