The Manitowoc Ice IYT0450A Indigo NXT™ ice maker head offers an easyTouch® screen to control establishments, which include programming off-hour inactivity cycles, setting daily production quotas, or going after problems with troubleshooting diagnostics. Able to produce 490 lbs of half-dice ice each day, this ice machine head is ideal for small kitchen establishments with a limited customer base. Its air cooling condenser is more energy efficient and uses less water than a water-cooled unit. Because of its DuraTech® exterior, this Manitowoc Ice IYT0450A professional ice machine head has corrosion defense surpassing stainless steel and smudge resistance against fingerprints and dirt. The unit makes cubes measuring 3⁄8 inch by 11⁄8" by 7⁄8 inch, and to ensure cubes are the correct size, an acoustical ice sensing probe keeps track of ice cube thickness. Certain internal components are made with bacteria-slowing antimicrobial protection and are removable to streamline cleaning.
